The Melbourne Cricket Ground

And a stop in St Paul's church on our walk home

We toured the MCG or "The G" as it is commonly known. Great tour, stadium seats over 100,000. Members only get to sit in the green seats with lots of privileges. Takes about 25 years on a waiting list to get to be a member. Christopher was fortunate and was able to go a few times to the "G", sit in the green seats with our Aussie relatives , and see some Aussie Rules Football matches. I found the Aussie football really interesting and was sad that we hadn't been in Melbourne on a weekend when the games are played so that we too could have attended a match.  It is really quick moving and it is fun to watch the games on T.V. Cricket on the other hand... I still have no idea of the rules or of how it is played.
